O'Regan's Lexus/Toyota Grand Opening, Kempt Road, Halifax This event marked the Grand Opening of O'Regan's new, state-of-the-art Lexus/ Toyota Dealership on Kempt Road. Over 900 clients, colleagues and friends enjoyed Scanway Catering's culinary delights at this gala celebration. Food and beverage for the evening featured an exquisitely presented sushi bar, host wine and punch bars, hot and cold hors d'ouevres served butler-style, reception platter tables and hip-of-beef carving stations. Chocolate-dipped strawberry trees, Florentines and assorted house made chocolates and truffles adorned the dessert table. Shortbread cookies sporting the Lexus and O'Regan's logos added a customized touch to the affair. Guests were entertained throughout the evening by the Scotia Festival of Music Quartet, the City of Lakes Chorus, The Green School of Irish Dancing, and fiddler, Kendra MacGillivray, 2002 ECMA "Female Artist of the Year" and "Instrumental Artist of the Year".
